My boring life

         

Well I better keep up on this don't you think?  I've been spending time in animation shop trying to get the hang of things but it's giving me a head ache. Which means I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm not giving up just yet. It's break time.  If it pisses you off it's time to walk away.
  Not a whole lot going on here. Brandon got pink eye again only this time in both eyes (sigh). So he missed two days of school this week, and he was not happy.  Same ole thing going on here. Really I lead such a boring life. I don't go out. I don't have a lot of friends and I don't have friends over.
 Well since we picked up that loving little bill from the courts any extra money goes into that account to pay it off. We have four years to get it paid but we want to do it sooner if we can.
 We can't go anywhere as a family until August 2 that's when house arrest will be over. So I do all the running and all the shopping and it's getting old. I don't always feel like going to the store and wish someone else could do it. Also when Roberts weekends get here he gets depressed because he can't go anywhere. His so called friends never come by to see him they don't even call. I doubt he should even call them friends.Oh here I go starting to rant ........lets not do that.
Good news this week Sanjaya went home. Thank goodness if he stayed one more week that was it for me .....no more Idol.  
The show was really becoming a joke.
I also want to express my sorrow about the massacre  at Virginia Tech. No words can ease the pain those families are suffering. I will keep them in my prayers may God give you the comfort you seek.
Well I need to get dinner started so have a great day all........figures AOL is having issues so I can't add anything ftp is down, have a great day  Diane

Short Update

                  

 

So lately I been hooked on my-space and been spending time getting my page set, so I'm sorry it's been so long since I updated.

Brandon's spring break was short and sweet. Still I was glad when he went back to school. He spent most of his time complaining about NOT going to school. The little monkey wants school everyday. Not looking forward to summer vacation.

Robert has been home sick the last two days. I think I tried to kill him. No not really but he got food poisoning from my cooking. OK not my cooking but I fix a dish with elk meat in it and I think that's where he got it. I didn't get sick because I didn't eat any. So no more wild game here, never liked elk or deer meat anyway.

 Brandon had a great Easter and he has been feeding me all his candy, he doesn't like it. If I eat one more jelly bean I'm going to turn into one. Not really I cheat I have been putting them in my mouth and when he's not looking I put it in the trash .....ok I'm a bad mom but I can't take anymore candy.

 Well not much going on with me. Same old thing day in day out I will leave the addy to my-space stop on bye. Love & Hugs

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter I know I did. My oldest son and his family came down and spent the day with us. We didn't cook took the easy way out and had KFC for dinner. That way we had more time to spend together. Just going to share some pictures with you.

My ankle is feeling better, still swollen and I got some nice bruising going on but I can get around now. Found a nice bruise on my right elbow and knee also, guess my left side took the brunt of my fall.
 Brandon is now on spring break. He is not going to be happy when he finds out there is no school Thursday and Friday. He has to be the only child I know that gets upset when there is no school, he just loves it. 
 They had an Easter party today and I didn't know about it or I would have sent goodies to school. Wonder why no one called and asked for things they do any other time.
Robert is on his 10 hour work days he comes home really tired. He works for Iron County Road and Bridge. That's our county version of the highway department. A lot different than what he used to do.
 I was looking at houses in Kentucky today, there's still a better than average chance we will be moving there before the years out. Have to wait for things to fall into place just yet.
I always wanted to go to London but never thought it would be London Kentucky.
 The weather has gotten cool again and yes I had to turn the heat back on. They say in the 20's by the weekend. Only at night though....still good sleeping weather.
  Took the last couple of days easy because of my ankle so my house has really gone to hell but I got to get it in order my son Buddy and his family is coming for Easter Sunday. I'm looking forward to that. Haven't told him anything about moving to Kentucky yet I want to make sure things are a go before I do.
 Well not much else going on around here just another boring day. Till next time .......

                             

One more Trip

 

Well I did it, while stepping off the concrete platform outside my back door I fell and twisted my ankle. Of course I fell along with it. Not a bad spill so I sat there for a few to make sure I didn't break anything. so I got up and continued to the bus stop to pick Brandon up from school. It's only about a 1/2 block away. No problems getting back either until I got in the house and my shoe felt tight so I took it off and that was the when it went from bad to worse. No my ankle and foot are both swollen and I can't walk on it now. Just call me gimpy. Now how am I going to get him to the bus in the morning.  So far I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone that might be able to help. Still trying though.  This kind of messes up everything now. I don't have any crutches so I'm rolling around in one of my kitchen chairs they have casters on them.  Oh I am just a sight to see. I swear if my head wasn't attached to my neck it would fall off too!! 

                                                  

Good Morning

                                   

 

It's 4:50 am and I sit here drinking my coffee is silence. My quite time before I wake everyone up. Robert has to work and Brandon has school.
   Robert starts his summer hours today which means he will work 10 hour days and have off every Friday Saturday and Sunday, not a bad trade if you ask me.
   Brandon only has three days of school this week before he goes on spring break so I only have three days to myself this week.  B is looking forward to dying eggs this Saturday. I bought the kits, don't know why I bought two styles for a dozen eggs but I do it that way every year. B is getting a Sponge Bob Basket this year. Since he doesn't eat candy I picked up all kinds of little trinkets to put in it.
  Oh I got to tell you..... I always get reports on how well Brandon is doing in school but I never get to see him do it himself. He carries a B+ in reading but never heard him read (he doesn't like doing it at home I guess) how ever he read to me this weekend. I was so proud of him. He even asked for help when he didn't recognize the word. My son can read woot woot !!
  May seem silly to some but when your child is autistic and you get to see it and hear it for the first time, it's like I won the lottery. 
  B also got to go on his first atv ride this weekend. The family behind us have one and he was watching them all afternoon. Well Randy asked if he could give him a ride and promised to be very careful and Brandon really wanted to go how could say no. I grabbed the camera and he had a blast. Randy went slow and as he said was very careful with him.
   Ok back to Robert, he seems to like his new job and I like the fact he works all days and has weekends with the family now, plus he gets all his holidays off.
  Not much new with me ....still adjusting to my medication change (reason I crawled under my rock for a few) but getting better. At least I don't cry all day like I was doing. I have to be settled soon though there are only 5 weeks of school left. Wow schools almost out already seems like it just started.
   Suppose to get cold here again, yep so I guess I might have to turn the heat back on for a few we'll see how it goes.
   Ok got to wake the household have a great day all
